Description

(L to R) Assistant VC (Finance) Robert Mitchell, Assistant VC (Academic Services) John Grant and Rotary Governor Bill Poole view the construction progress on International House. Many of the 48 Rotary Clubs of the Canberra Region donated a substantial sum to the construction of International House. In recognition the University named the common room the Rotary Great Hall. International House was opened by the Governor-General, Bill Hayden, on 31 May, 1993.
